Terms of service
These terms apply to the products and services of Modern Venture Shelter LLC ("EvolveTech", "we"), commercial registration 1455838, including Talabak and the Sales & Collections Hub. A signed agreement or order form with your business takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Using our products
- You must provide accurate business information and keep your sign-in details secure. Administrators must use two-step verification.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to and for what they do in the system.
- Do not use the products for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
WhatsApp messages
Messages are sent through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. You must have your customers' consent before the system sends them invoices or reminders on WhatsApp, and you must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. Meta may limit or block a number that breaks its rules or receives many complaints.
Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in Omani rials. We send an invoice at the start of each billing period.
- Invoices are paid by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice, using the invoice number as the reference, within the period shown on the invoice (normally 7 days).
- If an invoice stays unpaid after a reminder, we may pause the service after giving you notice, and restore it once the invoice is paid.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from the next billing period.
Your data
Your business keeps ownership of the data it enters. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. When the service ends you can ask for an export of your data before it is deleted.
Our software
We own the software and its design. You receive the right to use it for your business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell or try to reverse engineer it.
Availability and support
We work to keep the products available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We provide support during our working hours by WhatsApp and email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Omani law.
Ending the service
You can cancel at the end of any billing period by telling us in writing. We may end the service if these terms are seriously breached, after notice where possible.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts in Muscat.
