Data deletion

You can ask Modern Venture Shelter LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you. This applies to this website, to our products, and to messages we exchanged with you on WhatsApp.

How to ask

• Send a message on WhatsApp to +968 9985 8846, or email info@modernshelterventure.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include your name, the phone number or email address we know you by, and, if it applies, the business you deal with.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request within 5 working days. We may ask you to confirm your identity so that nobody else can delete your data.
• We delete or anonymise your data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting records, for the period set by Omani tax law. We explain what was kept and why.

If a business sent you messages through our system

If you received invoices or reminders from a business that uses our products, that business controls your data. We will pass your request to it and help it act on it. To stop WhatsApp messages straight away, reply STOP or إيقاف in the chat.

WhatsApp on your phone

Deleting a chat in your own WhatsApp app removes it from your phone only. To delete the copy we hold, send a request as described above.
